The origins of SARS/COVID-19 are leading back to the Crait & Cobra Snakes (Snake venom is an effective bioweapon.)
The PCR test was used over 30 years ago to test for toxic venom in snakes.
NIH (Fauci) funded and funneled money into companies who are using snake venom in their research to create Bio-weapons. The genetic sequences of antibodies in sick people in Wuhan back in 2019/2020 were not like those of bats but of protein sequences found in snakes, particularly the Chinese krait and king cobra. In April 2020, a research study in France (shown on screen) found that certain receptors in the brain called ‘nicotinic acetylcholinesterase’ receptors bind most tightly to these particular types of snake venom; the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 is identical (or almost) to these 2 types of venoms.
In May 2020, a young researcher, Dr. Bing LIU at the University of Pittsburgh had been researching the genetic sequencing of spike proteins for 5 months and was going to make a press release on what he and his team had found. Instead, he was found murdered and the results have never been released.
Another young researcher also turned up dead within a calendar month of Dr. Liu – Dr. James Taylor, who was also researching the genetic sequencing of Covid. See A New Pandemic? Two Trailblazing COVID-19 Researchers Dead Within a Month Gilead’s Remdesivir is created from synthetic peptides and proteins of king cobra venom. Before and during treatment, the patient’s prothrombin time must be monitored: a high level means the patient’s blood cannot clot. A University of Arizona study in 2021 looked at the tissues of patients who had died of Covid; present were extremely high levels of ‘an enzyme related to neurotoxins found in rattlesnake venom’. The internal organs of these patients had been attacked by this enzyme, leading to multiple organ failure.
Using snake venom in treatment can be an effective way to kill people without the substance administered being suspected. As the venom attacks certain organs (pancreas, heart, liver, spleen, brain, lungs, etc.), people with diseases of these organs will naturally succumb, apparently to their original health problem and not the treatment. Snake venom is thus an effective bioweapon.
In July of 2021, a Moderna co-founder announced they were using mRNA technology to treat venomous snakebites. The new ‘Opherics’ company, based in San Francisco, would solely produce anti-venom drugs for snake bites, funded by the DoD, Wellcome Trust and the United Nations. How many snake bite victims are there typically in a year? Around 100,000. So why put such effort into creating this technology? mRNA technology was created in 2015 using cobra venom (presumably synthetic form), that was wrapped in nano-particulate dynabeads (made of metal), put in hydrogel to make it very stable. (The accompanying video shows vaccinated people able to attach magnets to their arms.)
The damage from Covid (SARS-CoV-2), the vaccines, and Remdesivir treatment all correlate with the damage done from snake venom as per the findings of research studies. The disease process put in place by the vaccines, for example, will just continue with the boosters. Further, the sickness going around is not a virus; based on snake venom, it is likely found in water (hence the title, >WATCH THE WATER)
White Hats in the CDC has been tracking waste water on its Covid surveillance site: it has 400 water testing sites in 37 US cities. From January to September, 2020, nobody knew about this water testing. Results are now being released.

The reference to Elon Musk was written into the court filing by Droel Law Firm (MN-TX). It’s not written anywhere else in the public court record. It was written by Droel Law Firm.

The U.S. military claims to have intercepted an email authored by HHS honcho Xavier Becerra that applauds Xi Jinping’s “zero Covid” policy and use of internment camps to quarantine and torture Covid-19 positive citizens.
A “White Hat” source at U.S. Army Cyber Command, Fort Gordon, told Real Raw News that “the good guys” have been intercepting Deep State emails since the inception of the plandemic. Most intercepted correspondence, he said, is benign chatter and mindless drivel—discussion of family vacations, favorite sports teams, and other jabber. Occasionally they capture messages encrypted with Pretty Good Privacy (PGP,) a commercially available cypher that was once recommended by Edward Snowden but later found to have vulnerabilities. But since it’s so simple to crack, Cyber Command treats all decoded emails as disinformation or trolling unless JAG independently verifies the contents.

But Becerra’s message to CDC Director Rochelle Walensky and Kamala Harris was written in plain text.

Our SOP is to authenticate that he drafted the email, which he did, and then we send it to Navy JAG for further investigation. They’ll do a deep dive on it. And if they feel he was being authentic—well, that’s treason and seditious conspiracy. We’ll also be watching for other emails written by him or the ones he sent it to,” our source said.

An apocalyptic new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin revealing that certain “Unfriendly Western” countries are delaying payments for Russian energy using the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine as their excuse, with him stating: “Initially, serious experts and analysts warned, and publicly said that an accelerated green transition would be impossible to implement in practice without great costs…This is how everything turned out in practice…And now there is a wonderful reason to cover up their own miscalculations and blame everything on Russia”, says quickly following this revelation, American credit rating agency giant Moody’s raised a red flag over Russia’s sovereign debt, saying the nation may face its first major default on foreign bonds since the years following the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917.
The so-called “red flag” raised over Russia’s sovereign debt, however, this report notes, is entirely imaginary as Russia deliberately placed over $100-billion in American banks in order to make all of its interest payments, but all of which was frozen by the socialist Biden Regime, which has not allowed any of these funds to be paid out to the Western banks and financial institutions these interest payments are owed to—and in an attempt of outright thievery like when the Biden Regime stole the $1.6-billion held in American banks by Afghanistan, today it sees the leftist New York Times proclaiming: “President Biden could liquidate the tens of billions of dollars the Russian central bank has parked in the United States as part of its foreign exchange reserves; by some estimates, those funds may total as much as $100 billion”.

Jenkins, Jr. openly advocating World War III with his declaration: “One way or another, the U.S. is likely to find itself moving closer to center stage in the conflict and its endgame… NATO airpower will join the war on Ukraine’s side and reduce most of Russia’s standing army to a smoldering wreck”—and in acknowledging the reality that such a total war would, likewise, destroy the West, it sees Jenkins fatalistically revealing:: “A Canadian fund manager made news by advising his investors to keep buying stocks because in an all-out nuclear war their portfolio allocation would be irrelevant anyway”.
Among the greatest “big lies” told the American people, this report continues, is that Russia censors the press and doesn’t allow it peoples to read and/or watch Western colonial news, but in truth, the exact opposite is the factual reality as these demonic and godless leftist Western media sources are constantly consumed by horrified Russians, as best exampled yesterday when they read the New York Times article “In This Time of War, I Propose We Give Up God”, wherein it claims that God is responsible for war and violence and for oppression and suffering and demands that Western governments force people stop teaching children about God—in quick and horrified response to this demonic Western demand to “Give up God” it caused top Russia-1 state broadcaster host Olga Skabeyeva, whom the West has branded as the “Iron Doll of Putin TV”, to forcefully and openly declare to the Russian people about the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine: “What it’s escalated into can safely be called World War Three…That’s entirely for sure…Now we’re definitely fighting against NATO infrastructure, if not NATO itself…We need to recognize that”—a declaration joined by the Russian state-owned domestic news agency RIA Novosti calling for the total destruction of Ukraine, and stating: “The name “Ukraine” apparently cannot be retained as the title of any fully denazified state entity in a territory liberated from the Nazi regime…The people’s republics newly created in the space free from Nazism should and will grow on the basis of economic self-government and social security, restoration and modernization of the life support systems of the population”—and this morning, revered Russian political analyst Petr Akopov released his open letter “Mobilization In Russia – Not Announced, But Already Underway”, wherein he told and warned all of the peoples of Russia:
“The stakes are now raised to the maximum. This is the final completion of the half-thousand-year era of Western domination in the world.
The West is now making every effort to ensure that the conflict lasts as long as possible, pumping Ukraine with weapons and encouraging it psychologically.
Arms deliveries and assistance from Western intelligence cannot turn the tide of hostilities itself, besides, Russia will destroy most of the heavy equipment before it reaches the Ukrainian troops, and the fuel crisis in Ukraine is just around the corner, but they can significantly delay the time of the military operation.
The goal cannot be canceled is the demilitarization of Ukraine, that is, the deprivation of its army, and denazification, which implies a change in the current elite.
Russia will not leave Ukraine (no matter what size it is) in the sphere of influence of the West – neither geopolitical, nor military, nor ideological.
The restoration of the unity of the triune people will inevitably happen – Russia has already taken up this task, and it is impossible to refuse it.
We have crossed the Rubicon, and we simply have no way back. We have returned to the high road of Russian history, and it is impossible to turn back or turn off it onto the path of ambiguity and irresponsibility without losing Russia.
Only by addressing the deep qualities of our people, we will go through all the trials and come out of them renewed, honest with ourselves, united and strong.
We simply have no other way – and this mobilization is already underway.”
After Russia issued its “final warning” this week to the socialist Biden Regime to stop arming Ukraine or face “unpredictable consequences”, this report concludes, United States State Department spokesman Ned Price defiantly declared that “nothing will dissuade” America from continuing to flood weapons into Ukraine—a defiant declaration quickly joined by the news that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told his allies in the European Union that, in Washington’s opinion, the conflict in Ukraine may continue until late 2022—then saw it being reported: “The Pentagon warned that Kiev has been “blowing through” a week’s worth of deliveries of antitank munitions daily, while also facing shortfalls of usable aircraft as Russia continues its special operation…If the US were to deliver any more, it would risk leaving its own armories badly depleted that might require months, maybe even years to significantly ramp up production”—and to the actual effect these American weapons flooding into Ukraine are actually having on the battlefield, sees it being revealed in the latest issued MoD urgent war bulletins, the most notable of which today include:
“Helicopters of the Russian Guards have destroyed a group of Ukrainian nationalists and military equipment on the enemy territory”.
“Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated this morning: “The main task is to liberate Ukraine from these nationalist battalions after all…The operation continues and the tasks that have been set are well known…They must and will be accomplished…There must be no doubts about that””.

Rather than pursuing a truce, the US and allies are doing all they can to turn the Ukraine conflict into a proxy war against Russia

Late Thursday, the Russian Ministry of Defence confirmed that the Russian Black Sea flagship the Moskva had sunk after a fire was triggered by an unconfirmed cause. There is no independent confirmation of what happened amidst the sea of Ukrainian propaganda, which was quick to claim Kiev’s forces had struck the vessel with a Neptune missile.

Meanwhile, the United States also confirmed a new $800 million package of military aid to Kiev, including new heavier weapons, while EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell recently affirmed a commitment for Kiev to win on the ‘battlefield’. As Moscow gears up for a new offensive to secure the Donbass region, it should be abundantly clear that the Western powers are not seeking to resolve the conflict or secure peace, but to escalate it and transform it into a fully-fledged proxy war against Russia.
Apart from its own invasions, bombings, coups, and regime change attempts imposed on countries around the world, one of America’s preferred methods of confronting its adversaries is to ‘wage war by proxy’ against them, that is, to support the war of a group or country against a rival without militarily engaging themselves. The history of the Cold War is littered with such examples, such as America’s backing of the Mujahideen against the Soviets in Afghanistan, its assistance to Saddam Hussein against Iran in the Iran-Iraq War, or, on a more contemporary note, its failed attempt to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad via local rebels. Proxy wars allow the US to minimize its own losses by having someone else die for its aims while also procuring geopolitical gain by undermining rival states, at the same time maximizing profits for the military-industrial complex by keeping the arms flowing.

After spending the first month of the Russia-Ukraine conflict calling for Russia to withdraw, it is now increasingly apparent that the US and its allies have changed course and are set on an ambition to drag out the conflict to impose as much damage on Moscow as possible, in particular by intensifying weapon supplies, and providing training and intelligence for the Ukrainian Army. Although it was, of course, Moscow that made the choice to initiate the conflict in the first place, it has always been abundantly clear that the US viewed the situation in absolutist terms.
Washington opposed any kind of prior compromise between Russia and Ukraine that may have helped avoid hostilities, which encouraged Zelensky’s overconfidence in refusing to negotiate. The same situation is panning out now. Washington does not want the war to end in a swift settlement whereby Ukraine makes concessions to Russia, because the ideal outcome is to ensure Moscow takes as much damage as possible, which means that a war of increasing escalation is in fact in the US’ interests.
There are several reasons for this. First of all, Russia’s tactical withdrawal from the north of Ukraine and a renewed focus on Donbass appears to have given confidence to the West that they can succeed in undermining Putin’s ‘core war goals’. Secondly, intensifying the conflict and escalation gives the West the political space to continue to impose more sanctions on Moscow and allows the US to impose more ‘unity’ on its European allies.
Washington has also calculated that the broader context of this conflict will allow it to push harder for China’s isolation, force countries to take sides and expand military blocs. It has been reported recently that the US is seeking for Japan to join the AUKUS alliance and to expand the military containment of China. Recent comments by Janet Yellen also demanded Beijing oppose the Russian offensive in Ukraine or risk “losing standing” in the world. In other words, the more the US can prolong this, the more geopolitical outcomes it can get in its favour.

This escalation scenario for Russia, however, risks turning the Ukraine crisis into a new ‘great patriotic war’ – that is, a conflict in which the survival of the nation itself is at stake. Why so? The United States and its allies have made it no secret that they want the war to end in failure for Russia. Some of them would like nothing more than for a military failure to precipitate the downfall of President Putin and the government – even if the only straight-up regime change call was ostensibly a slip of the tongue by US President Joe Biden. This confirms the Kremlin’s long-held suspicions about the true intentions of the West and the goals behind the expansion of NATO.
In conclusion, this means we’re now going into very dangerous territory. The US and its allies could not be clearer that they never wanted peace or compromise and are escalating the situation in Ukraine as a bid to affirm their own geopolitical hegemony over the world, be it against Russia, India, or China. For Russians, this becomes an ever-growing struggle against the Western bid to dominate, coerce, and subjugate their country, with Ukraine as the sacrificial pawn.

Briefing on the results of the analysis of documents related to the military biological activities of the United States on the territory of Ukraine (April 14, 2022)

A special military operation by Russian troops has yielded additional information on US military and biological activities in Ukraine, confirming numerous violations of the Biological Weapons Convention.
Taking advantage of existing gaps in international law and the lack of a clear verification mechanism, the US administration has consistently built up its military-biological capabilities in various regions of the world.
The Russian Federation has made continuous efforts to establish a BTWC verification mechanism, but this initiative has been consistently blocked by the collective West, led by the US, since 2001.
The existing UN Secretary-General’s Mechanism to Investigate the Suspected Use of Biological and Toxin Weapons, as well as the 1925 Geneva Protocol for the Prohibition of the Use of Asphyxiating, Poisonous or Other Gases and Bacteriological Methods of Warfare and Military Conflict, do not cover the verification of States Parties’ biological activities. The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, based in The Hague, has no such authority either.
We have previously provided a scheme for US coordination of biological laboratories and research institutes in Ukraine.
One of its elements is the Ukrainian Science and Technology Centre (STCU), a seemingly non-public organisation that has nothing to do with the Pentagon.
The Russian Defence Ministry has managed to uncover its role in US military and biological activities in Ukraine.
According to its statutes, the STCU is an international intergovernmental organisation established to “…prevent the spread of knowledge and expertise related to weapons of mass destruction…”.
Its legal status is defined by the Agreement of October 25, 1993 between the governments of Ukraine, Canada, the USA and Sweden and the Protocol of Amendment of July 7, 1997.
STCU is headquartered in Kiev and has regional offices in Baku, Chisinau and Tbilisi, as well as in Kharkov and Lvov.
However, the Russian Ministry of Defence’s Chemical and Biological Threat Expertise Centre found that the STCU’s main activity is to act as a distribution centre for grants for research of interest to the Pentagon, including biological weapons research.
In recent years alone, Washington has spent more than $350 million on STCU projects.
The U.S. customers and sponsors of STCU are the Department of State and the Department of Defense. Funding is also provided through the Environmental Protection Agency, the US Departments of Agriculture, Health and Energy.
In addition, note the document prepared by the STCU curators, dated March 11, 2022, which underlines the true nature of this organisation. It notes, quote: “…there has been an outflow of scientific experts in the development of means of delivery and advanced weaponry who have worked for Ukrainian institutions, as well as experts in the development of biological, radiological, chemical and nuclear weapons. The best-trained professionals with experience of working with dual-use materials and technologies (between 1,000 and 4,000) have found themselves in unfavourable professional and financial circumstances. This makes them vulnerable to defection to other states to participate in programmes to develop WMD, delivery systems and other weapons…”.
By using such words, Washington actually acknowledges Ukrainian experts’ work on the development of weapons of mass destruction delivery and use, and considers it appropriate to continue funding them.
Here are the names of the officials who were involved in the military-biological programmes.
The post of STCU executive director is held by Bjelajac Curtis Michael, a US citizen. Born August 27, 1968 in California, he studied at California’s Anderson University of Management. He holds a master’s degree in international finance and has worked in Ukraine since 1994.
The European Union chairman of the STCU board is Maier Eddie Arthur; the US chairman is Phil Dolliff, who is the State Department’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Security and WMD Nonproliferation Programmes.
Documents received by the Russian Ministry of Defence confirm STCU’s ties to the US military department. The slide shows a formal recommendation from the US State Department endorsing the STCU’s cooperation with the Pentagon’s main contractor, Black & Veach. The correspondence expresses the willingness of Matthew Webber, the company’s vice president, to work with the STCU on ongoing military-biological research in Ukraine.
Between 2014 and 2022, the Ukrainian Science and Technology Centre implemented five hundred R&D projects in post-Soviet countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova and Azerbaijan).
US supervisors were primarily interested in dual-use research, such as project 6166, Development of Technologies for Modelling, Evaluation and Prediction of Effects of Conflicts and Threats of Mass Destruction Weapons Spread, and project 9601, Transfer of Ukrainian Technologies for the Production of Complex Dual-Use Materials to the European Union.
Many of them are aimed at studying potential biological weapons agents (plague, tularaemia) and pathogens of economic importance (pathogenic avian influenza, African swine fever).
Projects P-364, 444, and 781, aimed at studying the spread of dangerous pathogens through insect vectors, wild birds, and bats, were funded by the Centre directly in the interests of the military department.
Note the documents of Project 3007 “Monitoring of the epidemiological and environmental situation regarding hazardous diseases of aquatic origin in Ukraine”.
During the work, Ukrainian specialists, supervised by American scientists, systematically collected water samples in a number of major Ukrainian rivers, including the Dnepr, Danube and Dniester, as well as in the North Crimean Canal, to determine the presence of particularly dangerous pathogens, including cholera, typhoid, hepatitis A and E pathogens, and draw conclusions about their possible waterborne spread.
The project assessed the damage properties of the selected samples and deposited the strains in a collection and subsequently exported them to the USA.
This is a map of Ukraine’s water resources. Its analysis shows that the results of this work can be used to create an unfavourable biological situation not only in the Russian Federation, but also in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, as well as in Eastern Europe – Belarus, Moldova and Poland.
Our concern about Washington’s activities in Ukraine stems from the fact that, contrary to its international obligations, the US has retained norms in its national legislation that allow for work in the field of biological weapons.
The ratification of the 1925 Geneva Protocol by the United States was accompanied by a number of reservations, one of which allows for the retaliatory use of chemical and toxin weapons.
Under the US Federal Unity and Cohesion Against Terrorism Act, research into biological weapons is permitted with the approval of the US government. Participants in such research are not criminally liable for developing such weapons.
Thus, the US administration is implementing the principle that domestic law takes precedence over international law in this area. The most ethically controversial research is conducted outside national jurisdictions.
Thus, during the special operation in Ukraine, it was established that US scientists from a laboratory in Merefa (Kharkov Region) were testing potentially dangerous biological drugs on patients of the regional clinical psychiatric hospital No 3 in Kharkov between 2019 and 2021.
Persons with mental disorders were selected for the experiments on the basis of their age, nationality and immune status. Special forms were used to record the results of 24-hour patient monitoring. The information was not entered into the hospital database and the staff of the medical institution signed a non-disclosure agreement.
In January 2022, the laboratory in Merefa was shut down and all equipment and preparations were moved to western Ukraine.
There are a number of witnesses to these inhuman experiments, whose names we cannot disclose for the sake of their safety.
Finally, in a previous briefing we described a technical device for the delivery and application of biological formulations that has been patented in the US.
At the same time, it was noted that Ukraine had sent a request to the manufacturing company regarding the possibility of equipping the Bayraktar drones with aerosol equipment.
It is a matter of concern that on March9, three unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with 30-litre containers and equipment for spraying formulations were detected by Russian reconnaissance units in Kherson region.
In January 2022, Ukraine reportedly purchased more than 50 such devices through intermediary organisations, which can be used to apply biological formulations and toxic chemicals.

Maria Zakharova: As a result of the Special Military Operation in Ukraine (SMO), Russia’s Armed Forces found documents that shed some light on the bio-military programme implemented by the US Defence Department in Ukraine. The researchers in the programme were studying the most dangerous pathogens – potential biological agents for biological weapons that have natural focuses in both Ukraine and Russia. They were also researching ways that epidemics spread based on these agents. The scale of work makes it obvious that a considerable, and probably the most important, part of the information on the American military programme remains concealed from the international community.

Speaking at a US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations hearing on March 9, 2022, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland, said Washington was trying to prevent the transfer of some research materials from Ukrainian bio-laboratories to Russian forces. During press briefings on March 7, 10, 17, 24 and 31, Chief of the Russian Armed Forces’ Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defence Forces Igor Kirillov described the US bio-military activities in Ukraine, based on the information obtained during the SMO in Ukraine by the Armed Forces of Russia. He also set forth conclusions based on expert analysis. Researchers continue to study these materials.
Question: What is Russia doing to see that the United States provides clarification on its military biological cooperation with Ukraine?
Maria Zakharova: Russia has made public the facts that have come to light to date at the UN and other international organisations and called on the US authorities to provide detailed explanations, but, predictably, Washington does not appear to be ready to share with the public any meaningful information on its military biological programme in Ukraine.
Furthermore, clearly, the White House thinks that offence is the best defence and has launched yet another propaganda campaign centered on the false assertion that our country’s efforts to draw the attention of the international community to the activities of US military biologists in Ukraine are allegedly nothing more than a smoke screen, which, they say, Moscow will try to use to cover up the potential use of biological or chemical weapons during the special military operation that is conducted by the Russian Armed Forces.
This crude attempt by the US to divert public attention from this dangerously explosive issue of US-controlled biological laboratories in Ukraine and to drown it in this “apocalyptic sensation” was – at first glance unexpectedly – strongly supported by German political leadership. A number of leading German politicians and top officials, including Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz, have released statements that mimic the US narrative in the form of righteous threats and warnings directed at Russia. Berlin’s official proactive verbal stance remains in line with the strategy that it has pursued for a long time now in the context of the Ukraine crisis (which isn’t helpful in settling it now and which earlier led the Minsk process into a dead-end with its deliberate pro-Kiev slant), but nevertheless stands out in its blatant cynicism of the overall flow of anti-Russia rhetoric that has been coming from Germany in recent weeks. First of all, in view of the key circumstance that even before the Russian Armed Forces started this special military operation, Germany, alongside the United States, had been conducting vigorous military biological activities in Ukraine for many years and, possibly, continues to do so. We strongly believe that this is largely what motivates Germany to be more active, as compared to other EU countries, in its attempts to ascribe to our country criminal plans concerning the use of biological and chemical weapons in Ukraine and the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, which have not yet been liberated.

Question: Are there any additional details about Germany’s military biological activities in Ukraine?
Maria Zakharova: For you to better understand the situation, I will cite the following facts. Since 2013, under the auspices of the German Federal Foreign Office, the German Government has been implementing the German Biosecurity Programme (GBP) which includes partnership projects with government agencies and research organisations in focus countries, which Ukraine became part of in 2014, the year of Maidan. German specialists from the Institute of Microbiology of the German Armed Forces (Munich), Friedrich Loeffler Institute (Greifswald-Riems Island), Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine (Hamburg) and the Robert Koch Institute (Berlin), which specialise in research of deadly biological agents, are engaged in practical activities.
According to the German Federal Foreign Office, the third phase of the GBP will be implemented in 2020-2022. We can infer from the publicly available materials that the GBP’s stated technical goals include, among others, the gathering of epidemic intelligence in third countries, including with the use of big data technology, and developing the infrastructure of partner countries for handling dangerous biological agents.
The Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine in Kharkov has been the Institute of Microbiology of the German Armed Forces’ main Ukrainian counterparty since 2016, which we know from its own data. The two institutes cooperate under the Ukrainian-German project titled “Initiative on Biological Safety and Biological Defence in the Management of the Zoonotic Risks at the Outer Borders of the European Union.” The fact that its official goal is to “improve the biological defence and security situation” in Ukraine, “particularly in the east of the country” gives rise to the rhetorical question of which border the German military biologists consider an outer border for the purposes of their professional interests. Is it the Russian-Ukrainian border?
The Institute of Microbiology claims in its materials that the project is related to the “potential threat of biological terrorism” in Ukraine amid the unending hostilities in eastern regions of that country. It is crystal clear that this is a way to send a subtle message about the DPR and LPR’s possible “involvement” in hatching plans for the use of internationally prohibited biological weapons. In so doing, the German military have been deliberately intimidating their Ukrainian counterparts for a long time and have, in fact, been psychologically pitting them against the Donbass republics. Ukrainian biological safety experts invariably participate in the medical biodefence conferences that are regularly held by the Institute of Microbiology of the German Armed Forces.

Obviously, to ensure protection against a potential biological attack, it is first necessary to study the potential biological agents with which it can be made. In other words, it is necessary to conduct research in the field of biological or chemical weapons. The Armed Forces of Germany (AFG) have enough knowledge and practical skills in this area, as was demonstrated by the scandalous incident with the mysterious poisoning of blogger Alexey Navalny. Specialists from the AFG Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology – a military institution allied with the AFG Institute of Microbiology – supposedly very quickly detected in the body of the Russian citizen traces of some military toxin that NATO lists in the Novichok family. Such a high level of expertise – if, of course, all statements were factually accurate – suggests that the AFG is able to synthesise toxic substances independently, including the notorious Novichok and its markers.
Germany’s Friedrich Loeffler Institute that is in charge of the centre for the study of the most dangerous viruses and zoonotic infections on the Baltic Island of Riems, maintains active cooperation with the Ukrainian State Research Institute of Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary-Sanitary Expertise (Kiev), the State Scientific Control Institute of Bio-Technology and Strains of Microorganisms (Kiev) and also with the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine (Kharkov) that cooperates in parallel with the AFG Institute of Microbiology. In Ukraine, the Friedrich Loeffler Institute has focused on Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever. Soviet scientists discovered it for the first time on the territory of Russian Crimea in 1944. There is documented evidence that the institute commissioned its Ukrainian partners to collect samples of ectoparasite recipients of bats that were transferred to the afore-mentioned Reims Island under the existing agreements.
The Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine has concentrated its activities in Ukraine on extremely dangerous fevers – Denge, Chikungunya, West Nile and Usutu, to name a few.
This information on Germany’s bio-military activities in Ukraine is far from exhaustive. It cannot be ruled out that, as the special military operation progresses, additional documents will be discovered by the Russian Armed Forces. According to confirmed reports, Germany closely coordinated its work on biological security with its American allies that established a network of at least 30 biological laboratories in Ukraine. In addition to their other activities, they were involved in dangerous research.
We urge German officials to immediately stop spreading false allegations about our country’s intentions to use weapons banned by international law. We believe that such statements can only serve to push neo-Nazi battalions to commit horrible provocations, and moral responsibility for their tragic consequences will be shared by Berlin.

When the protein sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 receptor binding site was analyzed, an interesting result was found. While SARS-CoV-2 is overall more similar to bat coronaviruses, the receptor binding site was more similar to SARS-CoV.

Both SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV use the same host cell receptor. It also found that, for both viruses, the viral proteins used for host cell entry bind to the receptor with the same tightness (affinity).
