The 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, to be held in Egypt from 6 to 18 November 2022, seeks renewed solidarity between countries to deliver on the landmark Paris Agreement, for people and the plan
Delivering for people and the planet
From 6 to 18 November, Heads of State, ministers, and negotiators, along with climate activists, mayors, civil society representatives and CEOs are meeting in the Egyptian coastal city of Sharm el-Sheikh for the largest annual gathering on climate action.
The 27th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change – COP27 – builds on the outcomes of COP26 to deliver action on an array of issues critical to tackling the climate emergency – from urgently reducing greenhouse gas emissions, building resilience, and adapting to the inevitable impacts of climate change, to delivering on the commitments to finance climate action in developing countries.
Faced with a growing energy crisis, record greenhouse gas concentrations, and increasing extreme weather events, COP27 seeks renewed solidarity between countries, to deliver on the landmark Paris Agreement, for people and the planet.

At the UN climate conference COP27, religious leaders from all walks of life are being brought together at Mount Sinai where they’ll be given an identical set of 10 new environmental commandments.

“The project partners will bring together premier religious leaders from the world’s major religions to put forth a prophetic interreligious call to action: ‘Ten Universal Principles for Climate Justice.’”
The specifics of the 10 new commandments aren’t yet listed.
Nonetheless, this two-birds-in-one-stone approach, which is backed by the UN, aims to tackle climate change while also bringing peace to the middle east with a globalist set of guiding principles for all religions to follow.
The interfaith center further states that deep changes in attitude and heart are required by religious leaders, who are expected to preach the same globalist environmentalism to their followers.
“Religious communities and religious leaders have a key role to play in addressing climate change and climate justice, which requires deep transformation within society.”
“As world leaders and climate activists meet in November for the U.N.’s COP27, preachers and congregations can add their voices to the calls for climate justice.”
The events take place between November 14 to 16, where religious leaders will undergo educational initiatives. All the initiatives are aligned with the UN’s 2030 agenda.
