As I discuss in my interview with Dr. David Brownstein above, he has successfully treated hundreds of COVID-19 patients using immune boosting strategies such as intravenous or nebulized hydrogen peroxide, iodine, oral vitamins A, C and D, and intramuscular ozone. In a case report of 107 confirmed COVID-19 patients that he treated, 91 (85%) used nebulized peroxide diluted with normal saline, plus Lugol’s iodine.

A simple mouth and nose spray could act as an effective shield to protect against COVID-19, adding one more tool to the arsenal of antiviral options. The straightforward solution was recommended by Dr. Mostafa Kamal Arefin of Dhaka Medical College & Hospital in Bangladesh and includes polyvinyl pyrrolidone or povidone iodine (PVP-I), a microbicidal agent with a virucidal efficacy of 99.99%.1
Writing in the Indian Journal of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery, Arefin recommended the PVP-I oro-nasal spray for health care workers and anyone else to help prevent COVID-19,2 echoing a number of other studies that have also found benefits to gargling, nasal irrigation and nebulization of PVP-I and other compounds, including Lugol’s iodine, saline and hydrogen peroxide.3
How Oronasal Sprays May Shield You From COVID-19
Arefin’s oronasal spray is made of a 0.6% PVP-I solution, kept in a “simple nasal spray device.” The spray formulation works better than drops, he noted, because it allows the active ingredient to diffuse further and reach deeper into the nose and nasopharynx, which is the upper part of the throat behind the nose. When applied, the oronasal spray acts as a protective layer, coating the nasal and oral mucosa.
Typically, if you’re exposed to SARS-CoV-2, it will enter your body through your nose and mouth, remaining there for a time before binding with ACE2 receptors and entering cells. Once inside your cells, the virus has an opportunity to multiply.
“The first step in the development of URTIs [upper respiratory tract infections],” Arefin writes, “is the adherence and colonization of the respiratory pathogen to the nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal mucosa. Assuming nasal and oral entry of such pathogens, intranasal and intra oral application of Povidone Iodine offers a practical measure for their prevention.”4
By creating a protective shield, oronasal spray helps prevent SARS-CoV-2 from binding with ACE2 receptors and gaining entry into your cells. In a clinical trial that has not yet been published,5 Arefin and colleagues got positive results using 0.6% PVP-I Oro-nasal spray in 189 patients with COVID-19. The 0.6% solution had an efficacy rate of about 81.5%, which was greater than that of other concentrations (0.4% and 0.5%) and produced “almost no mucosal irritation.”6
Povidone-Iodine Inactivates SARS-CoV-2
Already, PVP-I gargles, throat sprays and nasal sprays are available over-the-counter in countries such as Japan and Canada.7 In Japan, a 0.45% PVP-I throat spray is available for the prevention of colds and sore throats, while gargling with the compound is part of their national respiratory guidelines.8
A 2002 study, during which patients were asked to gargle more than four times a day with a PVP-I solution, for several months up to two years, found the practice significantly reduced the incidence of chronic respiratory infections.9 In a preprint study that also advocated for the use of PVP-I nasal sprays and mouthwash to protect health care workers and reduce cross infection during the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s explained:10
“The antimicrobial action of PVP-I occurs after free iodine (I2) dissociates from the polymer complex. Once in the free form, iodine rapidly penetrates microbes and disrupts proteins and oxidizes nucleic acid structures. This interaction ultimately results in microbial death.”
PVP-I has been found to be effective in-vitro against coronaviruses that caused the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) epidemic of 2002 to 2003 and the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) epidemic of 2012 to 2013.11
Povidone iodine solutions have also been found to inactivate SARS-CoV-2 in as little as 15 seconds12 and potentially reduce the carriage of infectious SARS-CoV-2 in people with mild to moderate COVID-19.13 In another study of nasal irrigation among high-risk patients with COVID-19, the use of nasal irrigation with povidone iodine or baking soda reduced the risk of hospitalization by eight times compared to the national rate.14
In a letter to the editor of the Journal of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, researchers further noted:15
“Because the reservoir for SARS-CoV-2 shedding is in the nasopharynx and nasal and oral cavities, the application of viricidal agents to these surfaces may reduce virus burden.
Numerous studies have confirmed that povidone-iodine inactivates many common respiratory viruses, including SARS-CoV-1. Povidone-iodine also has good profile for mucosal tolerance. Benefits and How to Use PVP-I Oro-Nasal Spray
Using 0.6% PVP-I Oro-nasal spray is low cost, safe and effective against coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2. It can be used both in healthy individuals as a protective agent and in people with COVID-19 to reduce viral load and the potential for transmitting the virus to close contacts.
The side effects are minimal and include mucosal irritation, teeth staining and thyroid dysfunction. At least one study, which used both PVP-I mouthwashes and gargles four times a day for five days, found an elevation in thyroid stimulating hormone during treatment, but levels returned to normal after the treatment was stopped.16

Arefin recommends the spray for both health care workers and the general population, prior to attending public gatherings or working outside the home, and following exposure to a suspected COVID-19 patient. He advises two to three puffs in each nostril and one to three puffs in the throat every three to four hours. After every one to two weeks of use, he recommends taking a one-day break from the treatment.17
There are, however, many ways to use nasal irrigation, gargles and nebulization against COVID-19. For instance, Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist, tweeted, “Nasal/oral viricidal washes can be done prophylactically twice a day and up to every 4 hours during early treatment. Reduce viral load for less severe illness.”18
The Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Working Group (FLCCC) also recommends povidone-iodine as part of their I-Mask+ protocol for prevention and early outpatient treatment of COVID-19. Part of their prevention protocol includes twice daily gargling with a 1% povidone/iodine solution, while iodine nasal spray or drops are recommended as one of the first line agents in their early treatment protocol. Specifically, they recommend:19EMIGRATE WHILE YOU STILL CAN…
“Use 1 % povidone-iodine commercial product as per instructions 2–3 x daily. If 1 %-product not available, must first dilute the more widely available 10 %-solution and apply 4–5 drops to each nostril every 4 hours. (No more than 5 days in pregnancy.)”
Importantly, povidone-iodine solutions sold as topical skin disinfectants to treat cuts and wounds should not be used for gargling due to potentially harmful ingredients.

“A solution of 250 cc of normal saline was mixed with 3 cc of 3% hydrogen peroxide providing a final concentration of 0.04% hydrogen peroxide … Additionally, 1 cc of magnesium chloride (200 mg/ml) was added to the 250 cc saline/hydrogen peroxide bag. (This was mixed in the office for the patients.)
Patients were instructed to nebulize 3 cc of the mixture three times per day or more often if there were breathing problems. Usually one or two nebulizer treatments were reported to improve breathing problems … They reported no adverse effects. We have been using nebulized saline/hydrogen peroxide at this concentration for over two decades in his practice.
Hydrogen peroxide is continually produced in the human body with substantial amounts produced in the mitochondria. Every cell in the body is exposed to some level of hydrogen peroxide. The lungs are known to produce hydrogen peroxide. Nebulized hydrogen peroxide has been shown to have antiviral activities. Hydrogen peroxide can activate lymphocytes which are known to be depleted in COVID-19.”
I’ve embraced nebulized peroxide since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out and have received many anecdotal reports from people who have successfully used it, even at more advanced stages. Based on Brownstein’s experience, I also recommend adding iodine when nebulizing, as it appears to make it even more effective.
Proper Dilution Is the Key to Safety
Povidone-iodine gargles and nasal sprays, and nebulized peroxide diluted with saline, with or without iodine, can be safely used by most people both for prevention and in cases of active infection, provided the substances are properly diluted.
For instance, while nebulization with 0.1% to 3% hydrogen peroxide appears to be quite safe, it would be a very serious hazard to use peroxide of greater concentrations. Food grade peroxide up to 35% concentration can be obtained but should NEVER be used topically or internally. It MUST be diluted or severe injury can occur. Your safest bet is to use 3% food grade peroxide and dilute it as indicated in the chart provided below so you end up with a solution of 0.1%.
It’s interesting to note that even nebulizing normal saline may be an effective treatment for acute viral bronchiolitis, a viral infection in the small airways of your lungs.21 So while saline is considered the “inert” substance in the solution — and is often used as a placebo in trials that evaluate nebulized drugs — it may have benefits of its own.FOLLOW BEFORE IT’S NEWS ON TELEGRAM – https://t.me/BeforeitsNews
I recommend using nebulized peroxide for any suspected respiratory infection, and the earlier you start, the better. There is no danger in doing it every day if you’re frequently exposed, and there may even be additional beneficial effects, such as a rapid rise in your blood oxygen level.
It is important to understand that this is a protocol that you need to implement BEFORE you attempt to treat COVID. Since early treatment is vital, ideally on Day 1, you want to have the nebulizer and materials already in your house ready to go. I would avoid using a battery powered hand held nebulizer and rather opt for a unit you plug into the wall.
You can find them on eBay or Amazon but make sure they have a face mask and not just a mouthpiece as you want to put the mist into your nose in addition to your lungs as many of the viruses lodge there and if you merely use a mouthpiece you will not reach these viral particles. This is an example of one that plugs in the wall and has a face mask.

Elon Musk’s brain-computer interface company Neuralink is being accused of subjecting monkey test subjects to “extreme suffering” by a well-regarded animal rights group. All told, Neuralink’s early experiments have utilized 23 monkeys — and only 8 of them have survived the experience.
The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), a nonprofit that focuses on saving and improving human and animal lives, filed a regulatory complaint this week.
“Pretty much every single monkey that had implants put in their head suffered from pretty debilitating health effects,” said Jeremy Beckham, research advocacy director at the PCRM. “They were, frankly, maiming and killing the animals.”
The hidden suffering of these monkeys is horrific — even more so when you consider that Musk hoped to implant the same device in human brains in the not-too-distant future.
EXTREME SUFFERING — The stories told in the PCRM’s report — which were obtained through California’s public records — are enough to make anyone sick. (Which, by the way, you may want to consider before reading the following section.)
One example quoted by the Post describes that one monkey was found missing some of its fingers and toes. The report says this may have been the result of “self-mutilation or some other unspecified form of trauma.” That monkey was eventually killed during a “terminal procedure.”

TIME TO SHUT IT DOWN — Neuralink has shared only the briefest glimpses of its animal testing with the public. What we’ve seen so far has been edited and sanitized. When first announcing the program’s early success with animal test subjects, Musk said of the monkey he would be showing off: “He’s a very happy monkey.”
Neuralink has been pushing for human trials for years, at this point, an idea that was already nerve-wracking to consider. He has, indeed, pushed ahead with hiring for human trial supervisory positions despite very much lacking FDA approval to do so. As nauseating as it is to read these stories now, imagine if we’d grown privy to them after human trials began?
If these reports are found to be true, Neuralink will almost certainly face repercussions for violating the Animal Welfare Act of 1966. The company will likely be fined for its offenses; it could lose its research licenses, too. And would it really be so bad for Elon’s deadly brain-computer pipe dream to be shut down?
Musk is down bad this week — Tesla was hit with an extensive lawsuit detailing extensive racism at its Fremont, California factory around the same time the allegations against Neuralink broke. Maybe, I don’t know, this guy’s not really capable of running a business without hurting tons of people and animals in the process?
Neither Musk nor Neuralink have responded to Input’s requests for comment.

Not being explained to the American people about this present crisis, this report continues, is that the Russian-speaking separatist regions of Ukraine (the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic and Donetsk People’s Republic) are facing off against the genocidal Neo-Nazi Azov Battalion forces that were incorporated into the Ukrainian armed forces—in reports (see HERE and HERE) published by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights they have connected the Azov Battalion to war crimes such as mass looting, unlawful detention, and torture—since yesterday, these Nazi forces have been indiscriminately shelling these separatist regions, that caused Donetsk Republic leader Denis Pushilin to declare: “I urge fellow countrymen who are in reserve to come to the military commissariats…Today I signed a decree on general mobilisation”—early this morning in the Lugansk People’s Republic a critical gas pipeline was attacked, and saw its officials stating: “After assessing the damage, we can say that the cause of explosions is a sabotage”—after which Arabic reporters came under fire from these Nazi forces—then it saw one of these Nazi artillery shells exploding in southern Russia close to the border with Ukraine, with its officials revealing: “The blast occurred at 4 am, 300 meters (984 feet) away from a house in the village of Mityakinskaya”—today sees it being reported: “The first group of refugees from the Donbass region have arrived in Russia following an evacuation order made by the self-proclaimed People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk authorities ahead of an anticipated Ukrainian military action”—all of which in response to Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated: “As for the situation on the line of contact in the Donbass, we are very alarmed by the recent reports of a sharp increase in shelling with the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements…We emphasised our serious concern over the statements by Kiev that they would not conduct direct dialogue with Donetsk and Lugansk…This is a direct challenge and a direct refusal to comply with the Minsk Agreements”.
Further complicating the crisis in Ukraine, this report details, is its government now facing an “Hobson’s Choice”, which is the necessity of accepting one of two or more equally objectionable alternatives—is a near irreconcilable situation that sees Ukraine divided between its pro-Nazi nationalist forces that sided with Adolph Hitler during World War II, and its Russian-speaking peoples these Nazis want to exterminate—a dangerous situation Ukraine agreed to alleviate by its signing of the Minsk Agreement treaties, that gives full rights and limited autonomy to its Russian-speaking citizens, and was approved by the United Nations—if the government of Ukraine tries to implement the Minsk Agreement treaties, however, its Nazi forces deeply embedded within it will launch a civil war—to appease these Nazis the government of Ukraine has enacted punishing laws to ban the Russian language over 30-million of its citizens speak—all of which yesterday caused Russian Ambassador to America Anatoly Antonov to factually state: “Washington’s beautiful slogans about the supreme value of human rights are not worth a penny…The main geopolitical goal of the United States is to push Russia back to the East as far as possible…To that end, a policy to force the Russian-speaking population out of their current places of residence is needed…Americans prefer not only to ignore the attempts of forced assimilation of Russians in Ukraine but also strongly condones them with political and military support”.
As to why neither the socialist Biden Regime nor its leftist media war propagandists will tell Americans the truth about Ukraine, this report notes, is documented in analytical articles like “America’s Ruling Regime Doesn’t Fear Disinformation… It Fears Truth”—and others like “Is The Confrontation Over Ukraine Joe Biden’s “Wag The Dog” Moment?”, wherein it factually observes: “Our present-day antipathy toward Russia derives from something deeper than an unwillingness to let go of old grudges…The real issue has less to do with them than with us…More specifically, it centers on a desperate need to refurbish the concept of American exceptionalism…Nowhere is that need felt more powerfully than among members of the foreign policy establishment”, then reveals the brutal truth: “Who in their right mind would identify with a nation that has in the not-so-distant past engaged in a costly and arguably illegal war in one country (Iraq), while waging a 20-year-long war in another (Afghanistan) that ended in humiliating defeat?…In what sense does a nation that loses over 900,000 of its citizens to a pandemic, whose dysfunctional central government annually spends trillions more than it takes in, and that cannot even control its own borders qualify as exceptional?…Can a nation in which the richest 1 percent control 16 times more wealth than the bottom 50 percent be deemed exceptional?”.
Unlike the vast numbers of Americans whose decades of socialist indoctrination has rendered them mentally defenseless to immediately gratifying warmongering hysteria and propaganda, this report continues, the Russian peoples scientifically documented desire for order and natural pessimism sees their mentality based on soul, goodness, truth, patience, humility and the inevitable triumph of good over evil—a mentality that explains why the Russian people are endlessly fascinated by President Donald Trump, specifically what’s now being called the “Trump Effect”, that describes his near mystical and astonishing continued victories over everyone who tried to harm him.
In one such documented “Trump Effect” occurrence, this report details, it saw socialist Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau infamously refusing to meet with President Trump during the signing of the landmark US-Mexico-Canada trade agreement, but today sees Prime Minister Trudeau being vilified the world over as a tyrant for beating and arresting peacefully protesting truckers—today sees the Canadian clergy rebuking Trudeau for invoking the Emergencies Act, and other “tyrannical actions”, and sees them warning Trudeau is dividing Canada and “exposing this government and people to the judgment of God”.
Other documented “Trump Effect” occurrences, this report notes, include the “judgment of God” destruction of fake news media giant CNN, that for years pummeled President Trump with every lie their deranged minds could make up, but today sees their ratings having plunged by 90%, their top anchor fired, their top executive forced to resign, and two of their producers charged with vile sex crimes against children—a “judgment of God” destruction also exacted against leftist social media giant Facebook, whose nearly $500-million of “Zuckerbucks”, named after Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg, corrupted the 2020 election against President Trump, but now sees Zuckerberg’s Facebook empire collapsing as its lost nearly half of its value over the past six months—and yesterday it saw top Facebook executive Jeren Andrew Miles being fired after he was caught sexually communicating with a 13-year-old boy child.
Security Council Members in this conclusion of this transcript note that this mysterious “Trump Effect” phenomenon exacting the “judgment of God” on everyone who harmed President Trump is about to visit itself upon Socialist Leader Biden and his Democrat Party, as best foretold about in the leftist Washington Post article “The Midterms Could Be A Bloodbath For Democrats. And There May Be Little That Candidates Can Do About It”—though on other side of this mysterious phenomenon, it sees Russia being enriched beyond all expectations because of the Biden Regime’s hysterical warmongering—a vast enrichment that this week saw Russia nearing an agreement to provide China with 100-million tons of coal—this week saw the price of Urals oil nearing $100-a-barrel for a Russian budget that balances at $44-a-barrel—a windfall that’s already gifted Russia with a staggering $65-billion, that more than covers the entire $51.3-billion budgeted for the Russian military for 2022—this week saw the price of gold spiking to a 9-month high of 6% because of hysterical war fears, the main beneficiary of which is Russia, that holds more gold reserves than US Dollars, and whose worth is now nearing $1-trillion—because of Biden’s insanity this week it was reported: “Russia’s trade surplus widened to a record USD 26.72 billion in December of 2021 from USD 10.82 billion in the corresponding month of the previous year…Exports surged 60 percent to USD 57.38 billion, a new high for the series”—because of this vast enrichment this week saw it further being reported: “External Debt in Russia decreased to 478.20 USD Billion in the fourth quarter of 2021 from 489.20 USD Billion in the third quarter of 2021”—thus meaning that Socialist Leader Biden’s greatest accomplishment during his first year in office was to pour more money on Russia than it has ever seen in recorded history.
